Low RBC, WBC, ELevated clotting, High Sed Rate

I am at a loss. I have been struggling with veyr bad joint pain for 4 years. Recent bllod work shows low WBC, low RBC, low Hemoglobin, low Hematocrit, high PTT-LA, high APTT, high APTT 4:1, high 1 HR Incub APTT, high drvtt, low INR, High Sed rate (45), RA High at 28 although it used to be at 148. All ANAs, Lupus test, and other RA tests, negative.
I have very bad lower back pain and had frequent UTIs . I also have had increased migrinaes, almost daily, I have been taking Lyrica for the joint pain, and Relpax for migraine. I have shortness of breath as well. Any thoughts, anyone, I am being tossed around by everyone b/c they cannot find a diagnosis. The rheumy is unsure, my primary care has given up.

i don't recognize some of those labs, sorry.

it would be worthwhile to get a second opinion from another rheumatologist sicne your anemia and elevated sed and RA are concerning.
