Low Sodium/Chloride Serum Results

I am wondering if having bloodwork done when fasting for over 20 hours could have an effect on low GFR results >59, Sodium Serum131, and Chloride Serum 95?  I do know I originally intended to do a 10-12 hour fast and got so busy, by the time I went in for bloodwork, it was over 20 hours, and I was feeeling very very week with a severe headache(and I rarely ever feel like that).  The previous day I had been fasting long hours too and missed the 4:00pm cut-off...but managed to have dinner in between the back to back days of fasting.  As soon as I finally ate something after bloodwork was drawn, I felt 100% better.  My good HDL Cholesterol is High 67, and my ratio of Triglycerides/HDL is under 1 (.8), which means I am at low risk for inflamation (inflammation) and cardiac disease.  I also know I have no sign of atherosclerosis (my blood pressure is low, weight is normal, no foamy urine, no blood in urine).

My Doctor's Office has asked for another blood draw without fasting.

At this point, should I be concerned about CKD?  Chronic Kidney Disease or any other issue?

Hi there,
I am assuming that you are not diabetic, and are otherwise healthy, so let me know is that is not the case.
Your results are all just below what is considered normal, so I think it is a good idea to repeat them, as they will likely be normal.  The fasting wouldn't necessarily affect them, but if you were also drinking very little in that time period, it could make a difference.
