Multiple Symptoms Related?

I was curious if these symptoms can be related and if so to what?

I am a 41 year old female. I get bloody noses 2-3 times a week.  I am fair skinned and do bruise easily.  Most of them go away in a somewhat normal amount of time, but lately I have had the same leg bruises for a little over six months that have lightened a little but are still quite visable.  I also get severe charlie-horses in calves, toes, feet and recently my hands.  Otherwise all other vitals fine.  Blood pressure a little low but this is normal for me.  I am average size height and weight 5'6 @ 130lbs and while I watch my weight I'm not necessarily on any "diet" just try to eat healthy and in moderation.

I am currently on the following meds:  Depoprevara (birth control), Spironolact 100mg and Minocycline 100mg 1x/day(adult acne).

Are these sypmtoms related and if so, to what?

You may want to consider being evaluated for bleeding disorders.  This can involve blood tests looking for platelet count, platelet size, and clotting times.  A hematology consult can be obtained for further evaluation.  I am not aware of the medications you are taking leading to increased bleeding risk.

Regarding the bloody noses specifically, you may want to consider an evaluation by an ENT physician.  An examinination can reveal vessels prone to bleeding and may be cauterized.

Followup with your personal physician is essential.

If you are on spironolactone for liver trouble, that (the liver trouble) can cause bleeding disorders. So, possibly, could being on antibiotics for long-term. It sounds as if you need some blood tests to check for bleeding disorders.
