Pain at top of right breast that radiates down right arm

I begun having pain at top of right breast that radiates down right arm last night.  Right arm also feels that tingling sensation like when you bump your elbow.  I was able to sleep during the night, but the pain is still as strong today.  If I take a deep breath or cough, the pain is worse.  I only took about 7 baby aspirins which took the edge off, but the pain is still constant.

Breast pain needs to be further evaluation.  Cancer needs to be ruled out, and I would have this examined by a physician, along with a mammogram or ultrasound.  

Once this has been done, you can consider infection, a cyst or a musculoskeletal condition.  The latter condition can worsen when one coughs or moves.  Pain when taking a deep breath may be due to pulmonary conditions, and further imaging like a CT scan can be considered if suspected.

I was wondering of you had this looked into, I have been suffering the same symptoms for the past couple of months and currently do not have insurnace. I keep telling myself it will go away but seems to be getting worse. I was just curious if you had found out what it was that was going on. :)
