Testosterone and Estrogen elevated

35 year old male, otherwise healthy, 5'11" 170, atheletic...however, no supplements or prescription drugs other than multivitamin and propecia.  ..Very occasionaly Flexeril and Ambien because of back spasms.

I went to my primary care physician with tenderness in my right nipple (unilateral) 6 weeks ago. (note: it has slightly worsened).
Test Results:
mammogram                 negative
breast ultrasound         negative
testosterone serum level  890
estrogen serum level      180
DHEA                      660
Pituitary marker          negative
Adrenal CT                negative
Testicular ultrasound     negative
AFP Marker                negative
HCG Marker                negative

Other information: no previous cancer, social alchohol drinker, non-smoker, occasional drug use (cocaine, however in the past and very light.... no more than one incidence per month)
I am becoming very anxious regarding all these test and no definitive answer, pls advise or help.

Hello - thanks for asking your question.

Without examining you or your studies, it will be impossible to say what is going on.

The testosterone is within normal range (300-1100).  Estrogen is within normal range for males (0-200).  The various imaging tests were negative as well.

Serum DHEA concentrations range from 0.2 to 0.9

Propecia can elevate DHEA so you might want to stop that. DHEA is involved in production of testosterone, so if you have increased DHEA you will have increased testosterone. I don't think that DHEA is connected in any way to cortisol (Cushing syndrome) other than both come from adrenal gland. Endocrine specialists deal with hormones and you might want to see one of them, they have better idea about it.
