eye and wieght problems

Hello Sir,
  I am 23 years old and i have problems in gaining weight i wanna be at least 70 kgs,
i have eye problems too i have very much dry eyes with wrinkles around my eyes, i  live in Afghanistan and here we dont have good medical facilities, Sir if you can tell me how do i get rid of these probems.

Hi there,
It is difficult for me to address the weight issue without having any history, or even your height.  It is quite possible that 64kgs is a healthy weight for you.  If this has been a stable weight for you, and you are not having unexplained weight loss, I would not worry about it.
Regarding the wrinkles around your eyes, I would suggest sunscreen and sunglasses to prevent it from worsening.  I doubt that at 23 you should consider any kind of cosmetic resolution to this.
With the dry eyes, I would first try an over the counter eye lubricant, to see if that helps.  If it is very severe, or not improving with an over the counter product, I would consider seeing your doctor.
