getting no answers what could this be?

Hi, I am a 30yr old female no history of health problems for the last 3 months I have had extreme fatigue, muscle twitches, muscle pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, headaches, bruising, weight loss, nausea, vision problems, episodes where my veins will hurt and appear blue/black in hands, arms and face, swollen lymph nodes in neck, armpits and inner thighs, strange bruises, skin blisters, weird lumps under skin in thigh and back and generalized pain on body.  I have tests for complete blood count, thyroid, b-12, Glucose, ck, all of which were normal. As well as ecg, chest x-ray, and mri of head and spine which were normal as well.  My family dr is convinced it is nothing and is anxiety but I am not yet sure.  I can attribute some of these symptoms to anxiety but I am not an anxious person, am not experiencing abnormal stress, and have not had any history of anxiety in the past.  Fibromyalgia was mentioned but no tender points.  I have appt with neurologist but not for months.  I have a few questions for you if you don't mind

1. Other than anxiety, what could this be?

2. Does a complete normal blood count 100% rule out lymphomas and leukemias?

3. Does an ecg and chest x-ray completely rule out heart and circulatory problems?

4. Are there any additional tests that you would suggest I have.

Thank you for your time.  Part of my problem with accepting the anxiety diagnosis is that symptoms started happening before I got anxious about it and also because I feel like I am not being heard by my doctor.  He has already decided it is anxiety an the only reason I've had so many tests is because I have researched symptoms and asked for them.  I have two young children and a wonderful supportive husband and I feel I owe it to them to make sure I am healthy.  Thanks

To answer your questions:
1) You have had a comprehensive set of tests that would have ruled out many of the major causes.  I would evaluate for possible rheumatological causes starting with ANA and rheumatoid factor testing.  Fibromyalgia remains possible.  Discussion of these options can be done with a rheumatologist.

2) A normal blood count would make lymphoma and leukemia less likely.  A biopsy of the lymph nodes or bone marrow is needed for a more definitive evaluation.

3) More thorough testing would include an echocardiogram and chest CT to further evaluate the cardiac and pulmonary conditions.

4) I would discuss the possibility of the aforementioned tests to further evaluate the symptoms.

Followup with your personal physician is essential.
