multiple problems inside my body

1 n 1/2 half months before i started to feel a slight change in my breath.It was not so often so i just used to brush my teeth properly n i would take it easy.
20 days back i fell ill with fever(that never crossed 99) with cough(with sputum).i took the regular paracetamol and cold medicines.it did not work so iwent with the antibiotics that usually the doctors prescribe(i dint consult any doctor then).it went on for 3-4days n the fever wouldnt subside so i finally consulted a doctor.he prescribed me some medicines n on the 5th day i felt fine with no fever but i was advised to continue n complete the course for another 3days.Since i had lots of college work pending i couldnt rest properly i was out travelling alot on the 5th 6th n 7th days.Later i took rest for 2days though i was not mentally relaxed.i had to continue with the hectic schedules for the following days,only this time instead of travelling i had to stay awake late in the nights till 4a.m. n then be ready for college by 8.This left me with very little sleep and rest n i always wake up feeling dizzy.n i feel so very weak from inside.
of lately i have started to feel the bad breath becomin stronger and more frequent.i dnt smell it when i talk or open my mouth.its only wen i swallow that i could feel it.With high fevers i always have leg and back aches.This time my back ache is still present.i have constipation problems since childhood.And after i got out of this fever ive also noticed another change-when i urinate,it smells awful!
i try sleeping early but i just cant.My mind seems to be awake even if i sleep.My skin has become dull n pale-my hair limp-bad breath-bad urine-constiaption-weakness-back aches.i feel its because of some Toxins inside my body.i feel like vomiting out all the bad things from inside my body(i dnt feel the nausea but)
m a bit obese.height is 5'3'' n i weigh 60kgs.

today too i feel so miserable.its as if my fever is going to return.ive a throat ache too.

what did your doctor say the antibiotics were for?  a dental abscess?

you have so many unrelated symptoms, i'd go get examined by a physician.  There's not one good diagnosis to explain your varied symptoms and an examination would be important to narrow down the possibilities
