pains in my head

am 36 and for the past 11 months iv been getting this feeling in my head sometimes its a pain .but when i get it i go in a mood and feel dead mad but no one as done anything to me it just comes .

You might have cervical spondylitis causing this problem.
You require your eye checked,
Any ENT problem can give rise this problem.
So go to the doctor get evaluation done.
