Abdominal pain is an atypical symptom for flu - although fever can cause some shaking.  I would investigate other possibilities first.  This would include the various causes of dyspepsia - either an ulcer, inflammation of the upper GI tract or GERD.

I would suggest an upper GI series or a blood H Pylori test to further evaluate the symptoms.

Followup with your personal physician is essential.
