Are the following results interpretation considered active Toxoplasmosis?

Toxoplasmosis Latex Agglut    Reactive
Toxoplasmois IgG EAI             strongly reactive >= 240IU/ml
Toxoplasmosis IgM IFA            NonReactive<1:40

What are the complication of Toxoplasmosis for someone with low white blood cell count and frequent infections.

Complications are bad, specially if the white blood cells WBC) counts are poor.
Have you done your ELISA and western blot tests?
Please let me know the results of these 2 tests.
