what should I do now??

what should I do now??

I posted a question last week, but have had other symptoms since, here is part that question. It was 7 weeks ago, when I got attack of nausea, diarrhea, vomiting, horrible upper pain underneath my right rib. My stools, manilla color. To this day feel like I have a babies foot underneath my rib. I had severe gas,and no appetite.Am still nauseated and still have the feeling that something is in my rib, it is just like I was pregnant (had a hysterectomy)Sometimes when the DR pushes on it I can feel it going down my leg.The first dr.(family dr) gave me a prescription of Phenagren Lomital and Hydrocodine. (Spelling?) He ordered an ultrasound of the pancreas and liver and gallbladder.Came back normal. Then the DR ordered a cat scan of the same area, came back normal. He took my blood, my white blood cell count was a little elevated and so were my liver enzymes. But he wasn't worried about it. Over that weekend I went to the ER, ordered a hida scan, came back normal.Went back to the DR and he sent me to a gastronologist. My stomach also bloated sometimes my husband says it looks as though I am 6 months pregnant,it also goes down. Gastro DR ordered a colonoscopy and an upper GI came back normal, maybe a blockage he said, gave me some powder to take for 2 weeks, I took it, and ate very healthy, no red meats, all fruits, veggies. Then one night went and got chili cheese dogs with husband and kids, that night woke up with severe pains in right side, nauseated, fever and the next morning my stool was manilla, had gone back to normal before this night. He then ordered another hida scan with a dye and MRI.Hida came back 68.8%,sent me to a surgeon told me it could be gallbladder even though test were normal. The surgeon asked me basically why I was there if all test were normal. The next day I got a call from gastro, said they found a hemangioma on T-10 and T-12.May 18th I see a neurosurgeon. Past Friday I got headache felt like someone was stabbing me on top of my head. Over the weekend my joints started to ache and muscles were cramping. Monday woke up my left side of my body was numb and my hands were curled up. called the neuro dr and they said it couldnt be from a hemangioma go to the ER they did a MRI again and couldnt even see the hemangioma. Told me it was a complex migraine. I dont get headaches much less migraines.Today, my joints hurt, my muscles cramp I still have a headache behind my eye. My stomach is not as dramatic as it was but i still have feeling something is there. My back hurts (not on my spine) but where my kidneys are. I dont know who to contact about this or what to do. I feel like I am crazy!

You have had a pretty comprehensive workup with the testing you have mentioned.  Many of the more common diseases would have been ruled out with the non-revealing results.

A more detailed test of the upper abdomen would be an upper endoscopy.  This can visualize more than the upper GI series and can be considered.

More specialized testing, like a gastric emptying scan or esophageal motility study, can be considered if everything is negative thus far.  Diseases like gastroparesis and motility disorders may present with some of the symptoms you are describing.

These tests can be discussed with your gastroenterologist.

Followup with your personal physician is essential.
