How about saying, "Thank you?" If your question is so urgent that you need an immediate response, I would suggest that you visit your personal physician. If you already have for this particular query and are looking for a second (urgent) opinion, then why not ask your friends/family/coworkers to recommend another local physician to visit for that purpose?
I was wondering when an answer to the question will be posted
Regarding the pain, I would first consider imaging studies such as a transvaginal ultrasound or pelvic CT scan to make sure there is no abscess or hematoma that is causing your discomfort. Further testing may include testing for infection - including cultures, or consideration of a laparoscopy if the pain continues with a clear source.
I would consider a second GYN opinion if you feel abandoned. Certainly further workup is warranted if you continue to feel the discomfort.
Followup with your personal physician is essential.
