Swollen underarm glands

I have both of my underarms swollen around the muscle, and on my right side a round pushy pimple looking bump. Not sure what type of doctor to go to, I have just been to a dermo, who burned alot off my face.  What do you suggest?

I have been getting jabs of pain in my groin and behind my ear and sometimes knees. I am in the middle of an HIV scare but my dr cant see anything swollen. I just am getting pain off and on in these areas. I dont have any fever or rash and have not lost any weight or appetite.

I had an HIV done after 7 weeks which was negative.

So, what could be causing these jabbing pains which vary but are always in the same places (ie groin seam between leg and groin, up a but round the waist, behind the ear at the bottom)

Thanks

Hi there,
A primary care doctor is probably your best bet in this situation, because if the swelling is not related to a skin problem, a dermatologist likely wouldn't be able to help.  If you give the doctor your full history, they can examine you and let you know if your problem is something to be concerned about.
