These are excellent lab results: your blood count, electrolytes, and glucose are all normal, and your cholesterol is great. Is there something specific you were worried about?

The only abnormal lab value I saw on there was your low Vitamin D level. This is very common and easily repleted. Normally, our bodies get Vitamin D through exposure to sunlight as well as a few sources of dietary intake (fish, eggs, cod liver oil). Vitamin D is important for many bodily functions including bone health and immune functioning.

You could either take a daily supplement of Vitamin D (1000-2000 International Units daily), or your doctor may want to prescribe you high dose vitamin D for quicker repletion. Check in with your doctor about what he or she recommends.

Good luck and congratulations on your great lab results!
