10 yr old boy with recurring high fever

by sheilaj, Mar 02, 2009 07:58PM
my 10 yr old has high fever for several years, with no other symt. cold, flu, vomiting, ect. when he was about one he had a very bad yeast infection, i was told it was normal that he would grow out of it. he has had several yeast infections since; it is always on his upper thighs. 2 yrs ago had tests done after one of his fevers and he had blood and protien in his urine. had scan done on kidneys, every thing was ok, nothing in urine tests after 2wk check up. he just got over another fever, which lasts about four days with no signs of any thing else. i was wondering what is going on with him, my 11 yr old and 17 yr old sons have never had fevers unless cold or flu.

This discussion is related to 7 year old son with recurring fever.
