25 y/o F needs help!

I am 25 y/o female who as of late has been experiencing some pretty odd freaking symptoms! i have a swollen lymph node in my neck, in my armpits, extremely tender breasts with no pregnancy and not near period.... i am exhausted constantly... i can barely handle chores like grocery shopping anymore... i get hot flashes and sweat a lot with a little difficulty breathing. i need some help... i have an appt with an ENT tomorrow to see what's going on with the node in my neck and to also get a small cyst behind my right ear removed. it's bothersome because i feel like i can hardly function anymore... mostly because of the fatigue. the simplest tasks wear me out.
