Adrenal Fatigue

Is there a condition called Adrenal Fatigue?  When I look at the symptoms I have all but 2-3.  Should I discuss this with my dr?

Yes, it is called "Adrenal Exhaustion" and it is more common than most people think. You could discuss it with your doctor, and there are other things you can do as well. First, how low is your blood pressure, check it the same time everyday, first lying down, then jump up and take it standing, if it does not rise or is lower, you have Adrenal Exhaustion. There are supplements you can take for it, Royal Jelly is the best, also, the "B" vitamins are great as is Vitamin "C". Licorice root herb in capsule form is good and so is natural DHEA, but, I would be tested for this first just in case.

I would also suggest using a good, bio-identical progesterone cream, this can do wonders for the adrenals as well as all the other glands and your entire female system. I use it nightly, a fourth of a teaspoon, you can get a good brand at any health food store.

More women than men seem to have this problem. I hope this helps some.
