Alpha Blood Proteins

I recently started giving plasma, and they did a blood protein (SPEE) test on my first visit. When the results came back 2 weeks later, my overall blood protein was in the normal range, but my alpha-1 protein was a little high, and my alpha-2 protein was significantly high. They took more blood and sent it off to be tested again. The results came back 12 days later (yesterday), and my alpha proteins were still high, or "out of range". I know that this can be an indication of inflammation, but I have not been having any problems with inflammation that I know of. So what can these results mean, exactly? Is there anything I can do to lower these levels? Should I be concerned? Do I need to see my doctor about this? I do not have health insurance, so I do not want to go to a doctor if it is not absolutely necessary.
