Arthritis in fingers

I have had a pain in my ring finger for sometime now. About 3 months. It is at the joint and it feels like I jammed my finger. But I don't recall at all hurting it. My middle finger on the same hand has recently started hurting the same way. Very sore and feels like I jammed it. But this time the pain is a little more intense. Again I don't recall hurting my finger. In fact with the new finger hurting I know that I haven't. My question is, could this pain be Arthritis? Is it common for people who just turned 30 to get Arthritis?
