Bad Back Pain

by Synique_Jailen, Sep 17, 2009 10:04AM
My back has been hurting me so bad, on my lower back.... Im thinking from the impederial after having 2 children.. I am also on Para Gard BC, and has notice terrible stomach pain since then. Could my back pain be from the bc? or imperderial??

Your stomach and back pain could be cause from your birth control. Have thought about switching to see if that helps.
I would give a Chiropractor a try. I see one and she does wonders for my back pain. Take care. Remar

The back pain is probably due to lumbar compression. Chiropracters are good, but you need some sessions with a rehabilitation specialist who is well-versed in teaching specific exercises. You have to have these sessions in person because the exercises are impossible to explain. There are six to ten specific exercises, and the cost of the therapist is insignificant compared to the value recieved.

the most probable cause is mechanic low back pain, go see your doctor to check if somthing is suspicious (fever, weight loss, sensitivity on the spine, risk factors) if it's normal usualy time, chiropract, physiotherapist or just tylenol will do the work.
