Bleeding During Intercourse

I am 29 and I have just got married last Dec. I had no sexual experience before until I got married. For the first 3 months, I experienced some light bleeding during intercourse (averagely 7 times out of 10 intercourse). It was a little brownish in colour and sometimes it will spot the next day.
However, this seems to be gone after the first 3 months. I did not experience any bleeding since March until last night that it bleed again during intercourse with my husband. What could the cause of this be? My husband and I are trying to conceive. Will this affect my pregnancy plan if it is of lubricant problem?
