There are two things I would do. First, I would make an appointment to see a chiropractor. You have some of the same symptoms that I have had, and mine were due to misplaced vertebrae in my upper and lower back and hip, after a few good adjustments, most of this is cleared up. It is amazing how misplaced vertebrae can rest on nerves and cause these problems.
The other thing I would do is go to another doctor and demand the blood work. The test for blood clots is called D-Dimer and is very accurate, it does not tell where the clot is, but it does tell if you have one.
