My daughter has been put through lots of tests lately and I cannot find any answers. is there ann answer to be found, not sure what to do any more. She has twenty nail dystropy, spun glass hair, cataract in left eye, severe astigmatism in both eyes, all her teeth are bad and the dentist says she takes very very good care of them, her blood test shows a few abn's and she has lost her immunity to HEP B. Just need some advise and help. Here are her blood test results.

There is no clear disease that jumps out with these lab values.
The CBC does not show significant abnormalities, and the metabolic panel is non-revealing. The liver enzymes show mild elevations in the AST and alkaline phosphatase.
You can consider imaging the liver to evaluate for anatomical liver disease given the lab abnormalities.
Regarding the eye complaints, obtaining another opinion at an academic medical center can be considered.
However, I cannot think of a diagnosis that unifies the symptoms and lab results you have mentioned.
Followup with your personal physician is essential.
