Blood work results

I have Lupus and past pancreas problems but I have had some blood test results that have never been off before. I was wondering if you might know what they mean?
My potassium & sodium have been consistantly low and now my bun/creatine ratio is also low but now my osmol cal is also low and my lym% is high.
Here are the results
Potassium-3.4
sodium-135
bun ratio-7.8
osmol cal-267
lym%-44.10
I have been on a potassium script but they are still low.
