Bones growing oddly

Hi. Ive tried a number of searches on the internet but cannot put my problem into a good set of words.
The right side of my body bones seem to be notisably different from the left. 1 is my nose grows slightly to the left, suggesting that the right side of the bone is slightly longer, another is my eyeball socket where i can feel part of the bone at the top comes down slightly more than the left one. The 3rd one I have noticed is the collar bone where it comes closest to the left collar bone at the front of the body sticks out more and you can see and feel this. I can twist my head further round 1 way than the other and i can put 1 arm further behind my head than the other.
I dont know much about growth but I thought that we are suppose to be semetrical in terms of bones and features. I am concerned that I have, or have had some sort of growth problem.
I am a 23 year old male with no other known problems.

I am not aware of a disease where one side has a different bone structure than the other.
You can certainly consider multiple X-rays (i.e. a skeletal survey or a head CT scan) which can either confirm or refute your suspicions.
This option can be discussed with your personal physician or inconjunction with an orthopedic referral.
Followup with your personal physician is essential.
