Bumps on head

My sister has bumps on her head that have pus coming out of them and then the pus hardens could you tell me what this may be.

Are the bumps boils like when you have acne? Usually pus is caused when a pore gets clogged and the bacteria that normally lives on the skin multiplies due to excess sebum (what keeps your skin mosturized). The first thing to do is determine if this is what is causing it and then there are many ways to treat it.
