Burn and Itch

I am a 41 year old women whom has been divorced for 16 years ...have not been with a man for 15 years...I have been with women but not many...in the last week I have gotten a bad burning and itching in my vagina and on my vulva...it is swelling but there is no discharge at all...it is red hot and throbbing...it feels like it is a chemical burn...when I wipe(front to back) it feels like knives are going thru my lips..I can't figure out what it could be...can it be just a simple yeast infection...then girlfriend I have right now and I have had more sex then I have ever had...I do have a very sensative bottom area...and have problems with certian soaps...so as far as bar soap I use dial on that area and clothing soap is Tide...can you please help me....
