Burning in vagina

I am a 30 year old female that has always been careful with sexual partners. After a long seperation with my husband I started dating. I dated a man for about 2 months. After the break up( 2 months) I found out that he might have genital warts. When I found out I rushed to my doctor and had a full physical (blood tests and pap smear). My pap smear came back normal and the std tests came back negative. I have had a yeast infection since the break up, I was given Nynanstaton cream and Flagyl for a bacteria. For a couple of weeks now I have been burning. I don't itch, I have noticed some swelling on my left side and redness. I have also noticed some bumps, but I believe that is just part of me, but of course I am not sure. What I was wondering was I know that HPV and genital warts are connected, so if my pap came back normal could that mean that everything is ok. That I am having another yeast infection.I just wonder if I am stressing myself to the point of the burning. Sometimes it is all I think about and its driving me nuts!!!!!
