Digestive?

Hello,

I'm a 20 year old male, 5'9" 155lbs. Recently Ihave been feeling bloated (and am visually bloated in my right pelvic region. I also have the most foul smelling gas, (worst than word can describe) and what i believe are several enlarged lymph nodes in my pelvic region

any suggestions?
