Effexor during pregnancy

I am 33 weeks pregnant my doctor has elected to keep me on effexor xr, withdrawls are terrible, this medication is highly addictive. ( Theres a post saying its not addictive ) If I dont take it I have a high heartrate and lots of pvc's but taking it has been giving me joint pain and I dont want the baby to have withdrawls. Is it too late?
