Elevated Testosterone, Estrogen, DHEA

I went to my primary care physician with tenderness in my right nipple (unilateral) 6 weeks ago. (note: it has slightly worsened).
Test Results:
mammogram  negative
breast ultrasound negative
testosterone serum level
