Fever and headache

My daughter is 7 years old and has had reocurring fevers for the last 3 weeks.There have been no other symptoms.Last night there was a headache associated with the fever.The pain was lessened with Tylenol but never fully went away.She says it hurts when she looks sideways without turning her head.When the fevers go away she is running around happy as can be...then BAM!What could be the cause of fevers with no other symptoms?
