Fever

I have been running a low grade 99.9-100.9 for a strech of 4 yrs. It went straight thruogh my last pregnancy sometime up to 103.0. I then had a hysterectmy because of endometrosis and fibroids. Its been 2 years now I have the fever again. I also have dirreah every day sometime as many as 10 times a day. Just had more blood work done. I've had a colonoscopy, been to infectous disease doc what next?
