I unwittingly ate some cooked turkey that had been refridgerated for 2-3 weeks.  What can I expect?  What should I do?

There is always to possibility of bacteria that may be present, leading to GI symptoms.  Various causes of gastroenteritis syndromes can be considered.  If there is evidence of diarrhea, stomach cramping, nausea, or vomiting, you may want to be seen by your personal physician.

Stool tests and analysis can be considered.  A blood count can be considered to evaluate for infection or inflammation.

Followup with your personal physician is essential.
