Gynecomastia cause unknown

by 123MedHelp456, Nov 07, 2009 10:55AM
hi,

I am 21 year old male.  Its been about 4 years that I have gynecomastia.
At first I thought it would go away, but it didn't. So I decided to see my family doctor to seek help.  My doctor gave me a blood test to check my hormone levels (testosterone and estrogen), but the results were normal.  Then I noticed some other symptoms like my hands shake a lot, I feel fatigue fast, and I cant stand sunlight (it makes my face oily) and also I would have a pimple on my face everyday (not alot, just a few white head pimples). so my doctor gave me another test to check my thyroid hormone levels. They were fine too.  Now I don't know the cause or how to fix this problem.

I weight about 71 kg, but I wouldn't consider my self overweight because I have a bit more muscle than fat.  I have never used any form of drugs or steroids.  I don't smoke or drink.

I don't know if this will be relavent, but I used to masterbate a lot from age of 12 to 19 (sometimes twice a day). Also I have a lot of body hair.  I used to be a little overweight, but at the age of 18 I started to do a lot of cardio, which braught my weight down.  Thats when It really started to show, and thats when I got a lot of body hair.

Could a doctor or someone suggest a cause and how to fix this naturally, because I really don't want to have a surgery.
