HELP HCG LEVELS

hey all , new to this forum and needing some help . My hcg levels at 7weeks 4days (lmp) were 12000 doc was concerned saying they needed to be at least 60000 , 2 days later i went for more blood work at 7 weeks 6 days levels did rise but only to 13390 anyone have the same experience? does this mean i am going to misscarry because they are not rising "normaly" or is it a good sign that they did rise a little.my levels were 14700 at 7 weeks 4days with last pregnancy and 42000 at 8 weeks with the same last pregnancy should i be concerned? I have had spotting and light bleeding this whole pregnancy , i heard the babys h/r and saw the baby which is encouraging, cervex is closed so they are unsure where the blood is coming from. anyone have similar problems and everything was fine?

Have you been checked for a tubal pregnancy?
