Hot feet

by hughesj80, Dec 08, 2008 10:30PM
Hi there

My feet and lower legs are often very hot.  I notice in most when I am in bed.  If I lay one leg over the other it gets uncomfortable quickly (too warm).  I sometimes notice it during the day also.  For example, my feet are very hot now.

One thing that crossed my mind is that it could be do with the food I eat.  I eat a lot of spicey Asian food.  I had a chilli stir fry about 2 hours ago.  It was extra hot.  And now my feet are hot.

I am generally in good health.  I don't smoke or drink.  I eat health foods and excesize reguarly.

Thanks for your help

Joe
