Hello,

My name is Heather Lucier , I am a 19  year old female 5'4 155lbs. I have gotten some labs done and I want to know if anything is abnormal. I have been with my fiance for 3 years now and he has Hepatitis C. We have had unprotected sex and there were a few times when I used his toothbrush when we went camping. And both of our gums tend to bled. I believe I have had blood contact with him. Anyway here are all of my results, can you tell me whether they are normal, abnormal etc? Hi there,
First, I want to apologize for taking so long to get to this question.

Your bloodwork seems to be normal- although your lymphoctye count may be on the low side (although it can vary depending on the lab, so check your results to see what your lab lists as normal).  I do think though, that you should be tested for Hep C, even though your liver function and enzymes are normal.. This isn't part of routine bloodwork, and you'll have to ask for it specifically.
Also concerning to me is your blood pressure, which is too high, especially for your age.  The fact that your pulse was fast makes me think you may have been anxious, but you need to have your blood pressure rechecked anyway, and if still high, you should consider some lifestyle changes and weight reduction.

Best of luck,
JMK MD
