Left Breast Pain

I am a 44 year old female.  I have had a left pain in my breast for some time now  I've had MRI's & Mammograms and nothing has been found.  The most pain is when I am lying down and the pain starts - it's a stabbing pain and I cannot breathe.  I literally have to sit up to sleep to make it go away.  After the episodes it is extremely sore and hard to breathe in.  My whole left chest wall stays sore and hurts, I get tingling up in the shoulder. I have been having some issues with my blood pressure staying high - It seems to stay at around 156 over 104 - it's gone as high as 171 over 110. The pain is unbearable and I am very frustrated that no one can seem to figure out what is wrong. I have an appt with the general surgeon who did a biopsy on my right breast in 2006 - This was found when the did the Mammogram to figure out what was wrong with the left side and found a benign cyst on the right side and also on my Thryroid which they removed my right Thyroid.  What doctor do I see to figure this out - I'm very frustrated.
