Lightheaded/always tired

by aarroyo10, Sep 16, 2009 08:52PM
Hello Doctor,

I'm a 28 year olf man and recently, I would say the last 5-6 months I've been feeling like this. Let me start off by saying that I just recenlty got married and my job is pretty stressful. And as far as I know I'm in good health. What I've been feeling is like I'm not really here, a feeling like if you take too much pain killers or some sort of medication and you have a hard time concentrating and focusing. This doesn't happen all the time it just comes and goes. It almost feels like sometimes that I'm seeing myself do things from a different angle or from above. I dont have weird thoughts or anything like that but it just worries me that I feel this way. I know it's hard to give an opinion just based on what I'm writing but any help or direction would be awesome. It almost feels like my vision and/or head is cloudy? Any advice?

Thank you,

Hi there,
your title was lightheaded/always tired... can you tell me about these other symptoms you are having?  lightheaded like you are going to faint, or as you describe like an out of body experience?  any meds/drugs?  feelings of anxiety/depression?  normal weight vs obese?
thanks
