My sister has been feeling sick and weak for a few weeks. She went for a blood test and it came back normalNormal saline flush! Relief!
A week later, the doctor calls back to say that he was going through her results and her WHITE BLOOD CELL COUNT is SLIGHTLY low. He told her to come back in 1 month to re-test.
I am very worried - what could this mean?
Any help would be appreciated!!
Sincerely,
wizzy
My husband has had one for 12 years. It is common in African Americans tho' my husband is Caucasian. He was sent to a cancer doctor to check for Leukemia so this is the opposite extreme. (He did not Praise God)
Best not to worry until you have more information.
Oh, the other thing is that about 20% of people fall outside the neat little laboratory "norms" so it may be that as well.
Hope all goes well with this for your sister and family.
