I would be seen by your personal physician. Tests to consider would be an abdominal/pelvic CT scan. If negative, you can consider a

colonoscopy to evaluate the colon.

its pain like if i was giving birth and my legs also started to hurt
so i went to the Emergency room with my lower abdominal and leg pain and they didi lost of blood work and everything came out ok
but i came out to be 3-5 weeks pregnant so they did a vaginal ultrasound and since it was to early in the pregnancy to see anything i have an app to get the test done again
my thing is the pain doesnt go away and its worse and all they say is drink tylenol and i am so worried
