Lump on armpit that comes and goes

Hello
last summer I had notice a tiny lump in my left armpit...it got swollen twice since the last time last week everytime was after I had shaved with an old razor or with a strong shaving cream
not the lump it has shrank but I am still worried it might be something serious...
it was very painful but there was no dishcharge..last ocoober I had showed it to my GYn and she said it is a blocked sweating gland...
I have breast cancer history in my family my mother had it in 2006
I am 37 years old
