Swollen lymph nodes under arm. With chemotherapy, the risk for infection is greater, and the
lumpsLumps in the breasts may be lymph nodes reacting to this. Certainly your oncologist would be the right person to see if this is the case.
You could image the area for further definition of the lesions, or a biopsy can be considered for further evaluation.
If there is still concern, you can always inquire about second oncology opinion.
