Degenerative disc changes at L4-5 and L5-S1, greatest at L5-S1.
Mild broad disc bulge at L4-5 without evidence of focal disc protrusion, spinal stenosis or foraminal stenosis.
There is some deformity in the contour of the ventral surface of the thecal sac at this level.
What does this mean? What are my treatment options? My Doctor will not call me regarding my report - I had to pick it up at the hospital. I am in severe pain and continually locking up where I cannot walk.
