Hi Suzie~I am sorry about your daughter's problem and can understand your concern.
I would take her back to the doctor, or even a dermatologist. They could be a form of hives, a bite, or even sebaceous cysts. A sebaceous cysts is when the pores in the skin get blocked by body oil and sometimes they can form these lumps. Normally, they are benign.
