Have you any illneses you are taking meds for sometimes there are side effects low blood sugar,Hypoglycemia, can give you the symptoms you describe so next time it happens ,eat some thing maybe a sandwich with protein if you feelbetter then its probably sugar related .yes it can also go on for many years , worth getting checked out at the Doctor to see what is going on ..
