do have Celiac..When I was first triggered with the disease I woke up with Nausea and dry heaving, Due to the dry heaving I started To pass out, My Blood Pressure Dropped and about 30 minutes i felt better, The paramedic said it was from compression on the Vagle nerve. So this past week , I was working out, Stressing my body with Push ups, and all of a sudden my Arms were cramping and the pain was unbearable from pulling muscles, all of a sudden I started feeling light headed things were going dim, and I was passing out, So I went to the instacare I had blood pressure of 90 over 40 which is low but my pulse was good,I was out of it, not passed out but weak pain in the arms were i hurt them working out, they tried to give IV and couldn’t get a vein for a bit, by the time the IV bag was empty the cramping was gone and I had felt better, and went on with my day feeling normal within 2 hours of the episode and feel good now,The Doctor said that he thinks My calorie intake is low, I was dehydrated and that I had my Neurogenic nerve was triggered.WHAT IS GOING ON, This scares the HECK out of me??? It’s the second time it happened, the first when I was DRY HEAVING HARD WITH PAIN TO THE GUT, and the SECOND TIME was after Arm Wrestling Pushups, weight lifting and pulling my muscles and having a great deal of pain.. There can be several causes for syncope and/or hypotension.  This can include cardiac or neurologic causes.

Looking for neurologic causes of the syncope can be done with a brain MRI to rule out masses or other brain pathology, as well as tilt table testing.

A cardiac workup can be done with a stress echo to rule out intrinsic heart disease.

Hypotension can also be caused by autonomic failure.  The steroid Florinef is typically used if suspected.  Second-line agents like Midodrine can also be considered.

The vomiting should be evaluated with an upper endoscopy or gastric emptying scan to look at the upper digestive tract.

These options should be discussed with your personal physician.

Followup with your personal physician is essential.
