I was 17 when I had my first surgery for L4,L5,L6 I have always had problems with my back and neck 3 for my back never the neck. Please give me some help in understanding what all this is about I just thought I was starting to feel better I have had several other surgery in between. I am not overweight 129 5'6 45 years old and work out every day about a half hour to keep my back strong and every time I start to feel better and ready to move on I get hit in the head (ok not in the head) with another setback. Please let me know what to do and how long will I be out of work. I know it is getting the best of me.
